2026 Executive Committee Elections

The Association of Marine Corps Logisticians (AMCL) conducts elections for its Executive Committee (EXCO) in accordance with its charter and governance practices. These positions are elected by AMCL members in good standing and reflect a working leadership commitment in support of the organization’s mission.

The 2026 election cycle is being conducted in phases to ensure transparency, clarity of expectations, and a deliberate process for both candidates and members.

Current Phase: Leadership Nominations
& Eligibility Confirmation

AMCL is currently accepting nominations and expressions of interest for elected Executive Committee positions. During this phase, interested members are asked to complete a short eligibility and readiness form to:

  • Confirm membership status and eligibility

  • Review role expectations and time commitment

  • Signal interest in serving in an elected leadership role

Completion of the nomination form is required for placement on the election ballot, but does not guarantee inclusion. This step helps ensure candidates are prepared for the responsibilities of service before ballots are finalized.

Nomination deadline: March 31, 2026

Election Process

What This Is, and What It Is Not

  • This phase is not the election

  • No voting is taking place at this time

  • Elections will be conducted during a later, clearly defined voting window

  • Final election outcomes are determined by AMCL members in good standing

Additional details on the election timeline and voting procedures will be posted once the nomination phase concludes.

Active Duty Participation

Active duty Marines may serve in AMCL leadership roles.

AMCL is a nonprofit professional association that operates independently of the Marine Corps. Executive Committee positions are volunteer roles performed in a personal capacity and are not a part of official duties.

Many active duty Marines have participated in AMCL leadership consistent with applicable ethics guidance governing service with non-federal entities. Participation must remain separate from official duties, must not imply government endorsement, and must comply with applicable ethics regulations.

Marines with specific questions about their individual circumstances are encouraged to consult with their local Staff Judge Advocate or ethics advisor.

Thank You For Your Interest
