Global Expeditionary Logistics Symposium

The Global Expeditionary Logistics Symposium (GELS) is a premier professional forum for advancing logistics as a warfighting function. It brings together Marine Corps, Joint Force, civilian, industry, academic, and allied leaders from across the enterprise.

GELS examines logistics, supply chain, and the industrial base as decisive elements of modern warfare, particularly in contested and complex environments. The symposium challenges assumptions, highlights innovation, and strengthens collaboration across military, government, and industry partners to ensure the Joint Force is ready to fight and sustain in any theater.

Who Attends GELS

GELS convenes approximately 300 Marine Corps, Joint, civilian, industry, and academic leaders from across the Joint Logistics Enterprise. Attendees range from emerging leaders and operational practitioners to senior officers, enlisted leaders, GS and SES civilians, and industry executives focused on expeditionary sustainment and contested logistics challenges.
