About
Kirk currently serves on active duty, assigned to the Deputy Commandant for Programs and Resources at Headquarters Marine Corps. His 22 year career has seen logistics at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels, including a joint tour at US Transportation Command and an academic tour as a Secretary of Defense Executive Fellow at Morgan Stanley in New York City. He joined with Jason Fincher and the other Executive Committee members to found the AMCL in 2018. He has a Master’s of Science in Business Administration from Webster University, a Master’s of Military Studies from Marine Corps University and a Certificate of Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
